They undertake accurate assessments of children's learning and ensure that the progress checks they complete include what children know and need to improve next. • Relationships between staff, parents and children are positive. Children settle well into daily routines and play together in harmony.

Their behaviour is generally good. • Staff know children well and involve them in new activities. Children make good progress in relation to what they knew before they joined the nursery.

They are well prepared for the next stages in their learning and development, including starting... school. • Staff work well with relevant agencies to help children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive the best support they need. • Managers support staff well.
