Staff provide a range of activities based on the children's interests, such as creative activities that engage their attention. Staff have a good partnership with parents. Parents appreciate the good communication and care given to their children to support all their needs.

Staff ask good questions that engage children in meaningful conversations and develop their thinking and creative skills. Children behave well. They have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the rules.

For example, children calmly follow instructions to wash t...heir hands for snack. The provider supports the staff effectively to maintain good standards. The manager completes regular meetings to help staff to have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

The manager regularly reviews the staff's practice and helps them to make changes that improve the quality of the provision. It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not provide a wide range of interesting and stimulating activities for all children's interests, especially those that prefer to play outdoors. Key persons do not exchange information with the school to help provide a consistent approach to children's care and enjoyment.
