Leaders have a very clear vision for the club and what they aim for children to gain from their time there. They strongly focus on children developin...g a healthy and active lifestyle. Leaders help staff to plan a daily timetable that supports children's development in a range of different ways.

For instance, they organise team games to support children to develop friendships and build their social skills. Staff provide a welcoming environment, where children can play and have fun together.

Children enjoy taking part in activities that are physically active.

For instance, staff organise games where children run around energetically. Children show determination as they try and survive on islands and avoid the 'sharks' trying to capture them in the sea. Staff support children to develop their physical skills as they play.
