This provision is outstanding The highly effective leaders and experienced staff provide strong role models to less-qualified staff. Systems for supporting staff development are excellent. This has a positive impact on practice, particularly the quality of interaction to support children's learning.

Staff have an expert knowledge of children's abilities and next steps in their learning. Robust monitoring of assessment, for individual and groups of children, helps to ensure that children receive the relevant help and support they need. Partnerships with parents are exceptionally good.

The dedicated staff team provides a stimulating and vibrant learning environment where children of different ages and abilities are exceptionally eager to explore, investigate and learn through play.

Staff build secure and trusting relationships with all children. They are highly successful in promoting children's positive relationships and good behaviour. All children are exceptionally well prepared emotionally and socially as they move on to the next stage in their learning, including starting school.
