This provision is good The dedicated management and staff strive to make ongoing improvements and ensure high standards of provision and care for children. All children are making good progress towards the early learning goals. The management team has a strong and proactive approach to continuous professional development.

They provide staff with highly targeted training, support and supervisory sessions. This helps to ensure that that the quality of teaching is constantly improving. Staff skilfully adapt the environment to meet the needs and interests of each child.

They effectively stimulate children's enthusiasm to play, learn and explore. Enthusiastic and nurturing st...aff provide a warm welcome for each child. Children develop a strong sense of belonging and settle in quickly.

It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not consistently make the most of opportunities to promote partnership working with parents and provide ideas for activities to help parents to continue children's learning at home. Children enjoy activities that help them to develop their mathematical skills. However, occasionally, staff do not maximise opportunities to extend their skills even further.
