The provision is outstanding ? The manager and staff work superbly well together as a team to reflect on the provision. Parents and children are wholly included in the evaluation, with their views sought through different questionnaires and evaluations. This supports the team to develop priorities for future improvement which are quickly acted upon.

• Key persons are highly effective in helping to ensure children's individual needs are well known, shared effectively and are considered at all times. This helps children to feel valued, safe and secure. ? Leaders and staff have an exceptionally close working relationship with teaching staff at the host school.

For example, ...they share information on children's achievements to support consistency in their experiences. ? Children's behaviour is exemplary. They are exceptionally polite and respectful, and consider the needs and feelings of others.

For example, older children wholly engage with the younger ones in their play and in discussions. They value the younger children's views, such as when they clearly explain the rules for board games to them. ? Partnerships with parents are superb.
