This provision is good Staff interact well with children and the quality of their teaching is good.

They use their qualifications well to implement a wide range of effective strategies to promote children's experiences. The experienced staff team creates a warm and positive environment where children are happy and engaged. Staff help children to make friendships across the age groups and play well together.

Children of all ages behave very well. Staff help them to understand the rules of the club and create an environment where all children are respected and valued. Partnerships with parents are strong.

The manager and her staff team provide good opportunities f...or them to share their views to help identify ways the club can improve further. It is not yet outstanding because: Systems for staff's professional development are not yet highly successful in helping them to achieve outstanding practice. Information shared with other local schools children attend is not sufficiently focused on strategies to complement and provide a consistent approach to their development.
