This demonstrates their continued lack of ability to meet the legal requirements of the early years foundation stage. nThe provider does not make sure that children are cared for by staff who know them well. As a result, staff do not know how to help children learn the skills ready for the next stage in their learning.

nThe provider does not have robust systems to make sure children are kept safe. For example, staff do not check that food provided for children meets their health needs. nStaff do not complete regular assessments of children's development.
