This provision meets requirements Children arrive enthusiastically at the start of the day.

They receive a friendly welcome from the staff on arrival and take responsibility for their personal belongings. Children are excited to see what activities are displayed on the timetable for the day. Children attend the club from the host school and from other schools in the local area.

They interact well and enjoy reuniting with friends they have met at previous holiday clubs. New children are supported by staff and settle quickly. Children are motivated and eager to engage in the broad range of exciting activities on offer.

The older and younger children... are divided into groups, which ensures the activities are age appropriate.Children behave well. They are reminded of the club rules at the beginning of the session and listen well.

Staff have high expectations for all children and role model expected behaviour. This helps children to know what is expected of them. Children are polite and caring to their friends.

Older children happily support their younger peers and play with them as they choose activities outside. Children work together as they enjoy the challenge of the outdoor equipment. They celebrate when they score goals and cheer on their peers during team games.
