They have close links with the children's centre. As a result, they are able to seek early intervention to help children to continue to develop in all areas of learning. Management and staff work closely with parents to exchange ongoing information about children's development from when they start.

Therefore, they are able to nurture children's abilities through careful planning. Management and staff use effective systems to help staff minimise hazards, create a highly safe environment and promote the welfare of children exceptionally well. Children make good progress, whi...ch prepares them well for school.

Staff build significantly strong relationships with children and this supports their emotional well-being exceptionally well. It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not always extend children's learning further to strengthen their early writing skills. Staff do not always use all possible learning experiences to develop children's language skills further.
