The manager and staff skilfully focus their teaching on each child's interests and learning needs. The...y expertly follow up their clear objectives for children's learning and innovatively adapt their teaching and use of resources to cater for children's differing abilities and responses. Children eagerly join in, enjoy learning and want to do well.

The kind, attentive manager and staff spend time getting to know children and families and build trusting relationships with them. They are very receptive to children's differing characters and reactions and work closely with parents to ensure children are soon very settled and confident at nursery. Parents and carers highlight the manager's and staff's exceptional care and how well their children are progressing.
