Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good Staff use a range of effective methods to help engage parents in their children's learning. They provide fun and creative ideas for parents to continue children's learning at home.

All children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, are making good progress. Staff use ongoing observations and accurate assessments to monitor the progress of each child. They ensure that any gaps are identified promptly and seek additional support when needed.

Staff provide children with a stimulating learning environment that promotes their play and exploration. Children arrive with energy and enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoy their ti...me at nursery. Children develop a strong bond with the staff and their physical and emotional well-being is promoted very well.

They are supported effectively to develop confidence, good self-care and independence skills. It is not yet outstanding because: The management team do not use highly effective methods to set ongoing priorities for improvement and ensure that the quality of teaching and learning is constantly improving to the highest level. Staff do not maximise opportunities to build on children's interest and ensure that there are consistent strategies in place to ensure that they are highly challenged and enthused in their learning.
