Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is outstanding Leaders are creative and passionate about their work with the children. They are proactive in sharing their high-quality practice with other settings in the area. Children make excellent progress and are prepared for school extremely well due to the high-quality teaching.

Staff skilfully play alongside the children and use children's interests to motivate them and challenge their learning. The environment is inviting and highly stimulating for children and they show excellent levels of involvement in what is provided. Staff are calm, caring and children feel secure and have very positive relationships with each other and the staff.

Children ...easily negotiate and cooperate with each other as they play and are extremely well behaved. Staff quickly identify any gaps in children's learning. This enables staff, who work exceptionally well alongside parents, to put additional strategies in place where needed.

Consequently, all children make excellent progress from their starting points. Staff are vigilant about the children's safety and safeguarding issues are given high priority. Staff work extremely closely with parents and other professionals working with the children to reduce risk of harm.
