Staff value their views and opinions and ensure that they involve parents in all aspects of the children's care. Written comments from parents reflect they are happy with the service the club provides. • Staff are well qualified and interact well with children and are helped to improve their skills f...urther, for example, through observations of their practice and ongoing supervisory meetings with the manager.
