This provision is inadequate Leadership is weak.

The provider fails to identify and address reoccurring weaknesses. The manager does not monitor staff performance. Staff supervision is weak and this has resulted in inconsistent teaching practices.

Teaching continues to be poor. Staff do not always gather information from parents about their children when they first start at the nursery, including when children have limited understanding of English. Children do not spend enough time engaged in play and staff's assessments of children's learning and development are not always accurate.

The provider does not consider all potential risks on the premises effectively,... to ensure children are safe. Staff do not obtain consent from parents prior to administering medication to children, thus compromising children's well-being. The quality of provision continues to be inadequate.

The provider is not using reflective practice to help drive and sustain improvements. It has the following strengths Staff recognise how to promote babies' sense of security and emotional well-being. As a result, babies are settled, secure and happy.
