This provision is good • Partnerships with parents are strong.

Staff use various ways to engage and involve parents effectively in their children's learning. • The highly impressive and constantly evolving outside play spaces give children exciting daily opportunities to exercise and practise their outdoor skills. • Children gain an excellent understanding of the world and how to be environmentally friendly.

For example, they participate in recycling, composting and growing their own fruit and vegetables. • Staff enhance children's communication and language skills effectively. For example, they clearly emphasise key words.

Staff successfully adapt their interac...tions to help children to develop good understanding and speaking skills. All children make at least good progress in their learning from their starting points. • Strong relationships between staff provide excellent role models for children and promote high standards of behaviour.

For instance, children are extremely caring and gentle with one another and fully consider the thoughts and feelings of their friends. • Although the manager monitors individual children's progress very well, this is not as effective to monitor different groups of children, to identify trends and close any gaps in learning more precisely. • On one occasion, a group activity is not used as effectively as possible to engage all children in the learning opportunities.
