This provision is outstanding The dedicated and inspirational managers and staff share a passionate vision and profound commitment to the children they support at this unique setting. Together, they reflect deeply on the quality of service they provide to ensure children receive the best possible care and support.

Staff are highly skilled in using their expert knowledge and teaching, to extend and complement children's experiences in school. They work extremely closely with staff in the school to provide an exceptionally consistent approach to children's learning. Staff provide children with a rich range of highly stimulating activities, indoors and outdoors.

Children ar...e superbly supported to make choices from the high-quality resources and comprehensive range of activities offered. Staff are superb role models who manage children's behaviour exceptionally well. They talk with children and explain why some behaviours are not appropriate, teaching them valuable skills to help control their feelings in a range of situations.

Positive praise and a range of highly motivating rewards are used to celebrate appropriate behaviours. Partnerships with parents, carers and a range of outside agencies are exemplary. Staff work intensively with other services to ensure that children are safe and receive the support they need to flourish.
