Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good The managers and leaders use effective methods to evaluate and make changes that benefit the children. For example, after reviewing the activities on offer, staff have introduced an art area for children to use to be creative.

Children are happy and well settled. Staff work closely with the children and their parents to get to know them. Children have many opportunities to have fresh air and exercise.

Staff are skilled at providing activities to encourage all children to take part in outdoor play. For example, art activities also take place outside to encourage children to enjoy the sunshine. Staff are positive role models.

They set clear ...boundaries and involve children in discussing the rules that are in place. Children behave very well, they learn to take turns and cooperate during activities. Staff support children's communication and language skills well.

They make the most of opportunities that arise to encourage children to hold conversations, such as about their likes and interests. It is not yet outstanding because: Children do not benefit from comfortable spaces to relax and rest when they feel tired. Managers and leaders do not develop effective partnerships with other professionals involved in children's care, such as teachers from the schools that they attend.
