Staff understand how to manage children's behaviour in a positive way. The provider has a strong commitment to continually improve the setting. They have devised appropriate procedures to obtain the views of staff, parents and children to accurately identify priorities for improvement.

There are systems to promote professional development. Staff benefit from regular supervision and frequent opportunities for training to enhance their existing knowledge and increase the care that they provide. Staff have a good understanding of the importance of working in partnerships with parents, professionals and other providers.
