Smarter Property Listings, Built for Modern AI Search

Our plugins were created long before generative AI went mainstream and were designed around a simple idea: give property hunters the local context they need - schools, transport, amenities - in a format that's genuinely engaging to explore. Website visitors stay longer, come back more often, and engage more deeply with your listings. Search engines notice and as a result these tools have been quietly improving our partners' SEO for years.

However, search is changing fast - and more buyers and renters are now discovering properties through AI tools as well as traditional search engines and portals. If your listings aren’t structured in a way these systems understand, they’re less likely to be seen. That’s where our new API comes in.

Our new local area API is the next step. It takes that same depth of data as our plugins and packages it for a different audience: the AI systems and search engines that increasingly decide which listings get seen. The output is still useful for human readers — clear, well-written prose — but it's primarily engineered for machines, with structured data that lets LLMs understand exactly what's near a property, such as which schools it's in the catchment of.

Tools for humans on one side. Tools for machines on the other. Together, they cover both halves of how property is searched for today.

Under the hood, our API delivers fully formatted, ready-to-embed HTML enriched with JSON-LD structured data. This is essential for modern SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation). Structured data helps search engines and AI systems accurately interpret the meaning, relationships, and context of your content, improving visibility in both traditional search rankings and AI-generated answers, where data completeness and clarity directly influence inclusion.

And what makes this truly unique, is the depth and relevance of the data. Catchment areas help buyers understand which schools are realistic options, not just which schools happen to be nearby. We also show which schools local children actually attend, based on real data - a powerful insight that goes beyond standard property data and which is not available elsewhere. Your property pages will be enriched with extra context such as local restaurants, pubs, gyms, green spaces, doctors, public transport options, walking times and much more.

Integration is simple: a single API call returns everything needed to enhance your listings, allowing your development team to implement it quickly while ensuring your properties remain competitive in an evolving search landscape.
